The Soutpansberg Flying Club is extremely excited to present the first Annual Fly-In and share our enthusiasm for aviation with fellow pilots and the public.


Join us for a weekend filled with a variety of delicious food, a full bar, gin tasting and live entertainment.


A static aircraft display and different aviation related companies who will showcase their services and products will add excitement for all the aviation enthusiasts.


The Hangar dance will take place on Friday and Saturday night. Dust of those dancing shoes and come and enjoy an incredibly fun evening with friends and family.


A dedicated children's area will be providing face painting, jumping castles and lucky packets.


Daily Tickets @ R100/day/adults and R50/day/child.

Weekend tickets (Friday and Saturday) @ R150/adult and R70/child

Children under 12 years of age - FREE

Pilots Information:


Landing fee - R200-00/per aircraft, including passengers


Fuel (Avgas) will be for sale at FALO, supplied by Skeerpoort Verspreiders


Breakfast available on Saturday and Sunday morning @ R100-00/person (bookings are essential).


Camping on the air field will be available - FREE of charge if you bring your own camping equipment.


Temporarily, clean shared ablutions will be offered.


Do not have camping equipment? Want to camp without a hassle? No Problem!!


Tents will be temporarily pitched and ready when you arrive.

(PLEASE NOTE: only two nights packages - one night options not available)


You can choose from the following two tent hire options for two people:

Option 1:

EXPLORER TENTS – R1600.00 (per tent for two nights)

Each 3m tent has two mattresses & fitted sheets

 

Option 2:

DELUXE TENTS – R2600.00 (per tent for two nights)

Each 3m tent has two beds, mattresses, bed linen and side table with light.
