ABOUT
This talk has been postponed till 31 Oct 2012. Ticket sales for 31/10/12 to open soon.
A near-death experience is usually reported after an individual has been pronounced clinically dead or otherwise very close to death, hence the term near-death experience. Many NDE reports however, originate from events that are not life-threatening. With recent developments in cardiac resuscitation techniques, the number of reported NDEs has increased dramatically. Most in the scientific community regard such experiences as hallucinatory, while paranormal specialists and other mainstream scientists and philosophers regard them to be evidence of an afterlife.
This talk on Near-death experiences is neither fully scientific nor fully religious in nature. With regard for personal opinion and remaining objective, this talk offers a balanced summary of the facts and theories as they stand today. For more information, please visit www.ndetalk.co.za. Limited seats available.
