Welcome Goddesses
I am so excited to invite you to the Sacred Goddess Retreat!
This event has been created with the intention to nourish your soul, renew your spirit and to come together to share in sacred community.
I have been called to bring the feminine together to create a magical retreat where we will hold each other in unconditional love and nourish ourselves through the divine feminine energy and sacred community where we can share in and feel the power in which the collective brings when we come together.
I have decided to keep it as a day retreat, with the intention to have more during the year to hold each other accountable as we strive for balance and abundance in our lives, and come back together to reconnect, rejoin and renew ourselves with our sisters and sacred community. There is accommodation on site available at an extra cost. You are welcome to message me privately for more details.
The retreat will be held at the absolutely stunning Riverside Boutique Hotel in Hout Bay. This is such a pure and magical venue in the heart of a forest, with a river running through the property and a peace meridian running underneath the length of the property.

What to bring: yoga mats, sun hats, swim wear, comfy clothes, meditation cushions, instruments if you'd like to play around the fire, high vibrations
The lineup of the day includes:
9am: arrival with tea and coffee
10:00-11:15: meditation and gentle yoga class
11:15-12:00: chakra aligning with oils and crystals
12:00-13:00: ecstatic dance session and flow with trainer Toni-Louw
13:00-14:00: delicious homecooked vegetarian lunch (vegan options available)
13:30-14:30: woman's circle with coach Abi with journaling, intention and goal setting
15:00-16:00: secret sunrise dance
16:00 - 17:30: connect and relax
17:30-19:30: cacao ceremony and journey with Carla
19:30- 21:00: fire ceremony, dance, chill with light snacks offered
I am so excited for us to come together and connect before the year of 2021 gets into full swing!
