With Chef Reuben Riffel showing us the ropes to his signature seafood dish, you're bound to explore some exotic flavours and exciting places from the comfort of your kitchen.

Renowned for his fine-dining establishments like Reuben's in Franschhoek, his time as a judge on MasterChef SA, his amazing and down-to-earth cookbooks, and most recently his online cooking classes, Chef Reuben Riffel is guaranteed to be a treat. 

THE DISH: Pan-Roasted Prawn & Hake with Lime

A man who has honed his talents in Europe and fallen in love with the Med's warm flavour palette, Chef Reuben will be taking us on a journey through France, Italy and Turkey. Using beautiful, fresh herbs like aniseed and fennel, he will create his signature dish of Mediterranean-inspired Pan-Roasted Prawn and Hake with Lime, served with a spicy Jalapeno Linguine and Fennel Créme.

MEAL BOX DELIVERY

We delivery on the day of the cook-along between 8 am and 2 pm to metropolitan areas in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Over and above the ingredients we delivered to you, all you need is internet connectivity and basic pantry items such as olive oil, salt, pepper, butter or sugar.
