Welcome to "Springtime in Paris" a delightful day time event celebrating the beauty and vibrancy of the season, with a french flair !

Join us as we dance to a morning full of flowers in bloom and dance moves inspired by the charm of Paris in the Spring time. Enjoy the blossoming gardens, the lovely street cafes and the sunlit parks. Let us take you on a journey to uplift your heart and inspire you as we gather to celebrate movement, music and the magic of Spring. This will be a light and fun workout.

Afterwards delicious, healthy breakfasts will be on offer at the Milk Bar - hot coffee, tea and juice or mimosas. Vegetarian options also be provided. This is not included in your ticket price.

New to the Secret Sunrise community ? Prepare for an experience like no other - Secret Sunrise is a guided dance and meditation community now active in 16 cities worldwide and growing all the time. We're on a mission to celebrate life through music, movement and connection.

This unique concept was born under the African skies and has spread throughout South Africa and rippled out to the rest of the world. Our ever growing community can be found in cities like Amsterdam, Bali, Cape Town, Durban, London, Harare, Johannesburg, Singapore and more :)

When you arrive you'll be given headsets and guided by our accredited facilitators through an exciting pop-up dance party. We blend elements of meditation, breathwork, connection and dance making it a perfect fit for all bodies, ages, genders and fitness levels. Each session is unique and curated around a theme that attendees come together to celebrate. Feel free to dress up in tutus, bright clothing or those quirky items you have hidden in your closet.
