Who has been holding the family together during this challenging last year ? MOM of course !

This Mother's Day we are celebrating mom for all she does - family, business, household, emotional support, homework help, ideas, holidays, chores, style, grace, love ! Moms come and dance with us and your families on the 9 May at 8am on the Killarney Mall rooftop.

INCLUDED in your ticket price is a Mugg & Bean cappuccino and croissant. Yummmmmmy.

There will also be BEST DRESSED WINS and some other specials too. Just so we make your day extra special and of VALUE. It's not often we get to take the time to honour ourselves and to celebrate who we are. Well this event is it! This event is for all the moms out there.

We are collaborating with different facilitators to bring you some simple dance routines that are easy to follow and make for a fun workout and some free dance.

As always, you are welcome to dress up, dress down or to not get dressed for the day :) Come however you prefer. We won't ask any questions!

New to the SS community?

It's not like anything you have done before....You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party ! We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

- Time: May 9th 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM (please collect headphones 15 min before and allow time to park and make your way up to the Rooftop)

- Location: Killarney Mall Rooftop (60 Riviera Road)

- What to bring: Your kiddies and family annnnnd if you feeling adventurous dress up, water

- Entrance fee (dance): R150 pp including cappuccino/hot chocolate & croissant/muffin (all ages)

- Limited tickets available, social distancing will be practiced
