Boogie Boutique is an event taking place once a month at The Raptor Room. We are street culture connoisseurs, specialising in creative lead based activations. Boogie Boutique is purveyor of infectious feel good music, providing a unique night life experience in a non traditional setting, the event is geared more as a lifestyle focused theme with a strong live music element to it.

We thrive on curating exciting programming for music art & culture. 

This month we are happy to host the talented singer and song writer Sizwe Anderson, African style music band Kujenga(Resident Band) and our resident DJ’s.

South African and Jamaican singer/songwriter Sizwe Anderson (Mtwana), presenting static culture of sounds that broadens the extent of vocals and lyrics of truth. Hailing from the U.K. based collective “THE DAHNA PROJECT” which defies genre. She presents a unique combination of artistry of that very culture, easily influences your attention on her voice; deeply shaped by her decent and U.K. background. Her music brings forth a wave of emotion that allows the soul to speak and your heart to beat.

Kujenga, a four piece band who appreciate and love to play all the different genres of music. They mainly play African style music, jazz and acid jazz.
