About the dishes:
- Tom Yum Goong (Soup) - Originated in the Thai capital, Bangkok, and is an iconic dish in Thailand. So much so, that it has been included in UNESCO's Cultural Heritage list for 2020. It is spicy and aromatic, with a wonderful balance of flavours and textures.
- Kaeng Khiao Wan (Thai Green Curry) - This delicious coconut milk curry is from central Thailand. It is creamy, bright and full of flavour. Any protein can be used in this curry, though chicken seems to be a popular choice.
*All ingredients are easily available at all major supermarkets.
