We very seldom pay attention to our mental wellbeing, yet this should be our core foundation to creativity, steadiness, and the ability to remain resilient through stormy waters.


These sessions are aimed to help you cope with mental fatigue and emotional stress which the majority of us are currently experiencing. The session also uses breathwork & meditation to assist with reducing anxiety & depression. 


Covid may be the current pandemic, but the lack of mental strength may be the bigger pandemic growing. 


We encourage you to share this opportunity with your friends, colleagues, and loved ones who may benefit from the session. 


Upon completion of registration, you will be emailed a Zoom link and password to join the session.


What you will need:


  • Kindly use the Quicket booking system to add the session to your diary
  • A chair
  • A laptop or tablet to log in from (for the best experience, please avoid using your phone for this session)

    

Following are some recommendations to prepare for the program:


  •  Find a comfortable and quiet space in your home.
  • Ensure you have this space and time for yourself.
  • Please make sure there are no pets or children walking into the room when you are attending this session.


To avoid last-minute technical difficulties:


  • We recommend that you download the Zoom app on your laptop or desktop or tablet ahead of the meeting.
  • Using the app, you can join in using the Meeting ID and password you will receive via a confirmation email
  • Please test your audio and video connection in advance.


We would kindly ask you to please be on time.
