SNOW HIKE in Franschhoek
Sat Jul 24, 07:15 - Sat Jul 24, 14:45
Mont Rochelle Nature Reserve
ABOUT
We're heading out to the Franschhoek Mountains in search of SNOW!
Finding snow on foot is the primary objective and as such the route is not set in stone. Apart from the hopeful snow in the higher reaches we'll also enjoy the magnificence of the Western Cape mountains in their winter glory. Vibrant fynbos, wildlife and wonderfully flowing streams.
Be prepared for a fairly strenuous hike in cool conditions...but the sun should be shining and it promises to be a lovely day in nature.
