** We are in constant communication with local government as to any changing protocols for events. While it is NOT currently required, if it does become a requirement, we will implement on-site testing, on arrival for everyone (Vaxxed or Not). There will be a charge for this as it will be administered by medical professionals but we will ensure that we can get the cheapest and quickest solution available for all in this regard, and are already looking at many solutions just in case. NB: This is simply our assurance to you that we will be ready and prepared for any protocol changes, should they be introduced by the authorities. Our primary concern is your safety and to host an event at which everybody can feel safe to enjoy.

No Refunds, unless Government Restrictions are announced.

To produce a world class and safe event in this current climate is incredibly tricky. We need to work together as a community to make this happen. Our refund policy is set up to allow for the event production to move ahead and make the event possible for everyone while protecting the community's ticket money and the event from financial ruin as best as possible. By purchasing a ticket you are committing to supporting the creation of this event. Thank you! Without your commitment none of this will be possible. As such please be aware there are risks involved and full refunds may not be possible in the event of new government restrictions, due to the fact that as the event date draws nearer more and more bills will have to be paid.

We will be producing an event at 40% of our usual capacity, while planning to do a production that will cost 55-65% of what we usually spend. Hence the pricing of our tickets for this year, and the refund policy we need to have in place.

Our goal is, as ever, to produce the best event we possibly can for everyone.

In the event of increased Government Restrictions & Limitations, tickets will be cancelled and refunded as per the following guidelines :

Cancellation before 4 January 2022

100% of the original ticket purchase price less booking & transaction fee refunded. 

Cancellation between 1 January 2022 - 14 January 2022 

80% of the original ticket purchase price less booking & transaction fee refunded.

Cancellation between 15 January 2022 - 27 January 2022 

50% of the original ticket purchase price less booking & transaction fee refunded.

Cancellation on event days

No refunds will be possible.

We are working closely with local government to ensure all event safety and COVID19 protocols are followed for the event.

Opening Times

Gates Open for the Festival Friday at 12:00pm (No Early Arrivals!)

Gate Closes at 12pm on Sunday!! - No Further Entrance Allowed thereafter.

LUXURY CAMPING @ CAMP COMFORT

Luxury and peaceful Camping options set in a private and secure area, under Trees, with 24/7 management, that includes exclusive and well managed Toilets for exclusive use by Camp Comfort attendees only.

Luxury Domes - R2250 per tent (Sleeps 2 people only)

Large 3m dome tents you can stand up in with high quality foam mattresses, Cotton sheets, pillows and bedding. 

Festival ticket is not included.

Luxury Bell Tents - R2950 per tent (Sleeps 2 people only)

Spacious 4m canvas Bell tents with a kingsize bed, cotton sheets, pillows and bedding, cooler box and lighting.  

The bed can be split into 2 singles if required.

VENUE

Elandskloof Guest Farm, Helderstroom.

Our home is the beautiful Elandskloof tucked away between Villiersdorp and Greyton, only 125 Km from Cape Town. This lush green valley with its fresh mountain streams, welcoming forest filled with Oaks, YellowWoods and Redwoods; and towering mountain backdrops, beckons us once more for an adventure in connecting, laughing, relaxing and enjoying nature in all its glory.

DIRECTIONS

Take the N2 past Somerset West over Sir Lowreys Pass.

Continue past Botrivier.

Turn left onto the R43 / Villiersdorp turnoff.

After 14km turn Right towards Helderstroom / Greyton.

Follow the road past Helderstroom prison (on your left).

The road becomes a gravel/dirt road. - SLOW DOWN

Travel on the dirt road until you get to a Y junction.

At the Y Junction take the Left fork and immediately follow the road straight ahead.

Look for arrows and signs.

Take what you bring with you home and dispose of it there. The Farm must be respected and treasured as the gift it is. Please treat it as such and keep it clean.

If you buy from someone, please double check with Quicket first to authenticate the ticket you are buying is real, (or ideally buy it on re-sale via Quicket Mytickets section) and never just send money over to someone you don't know... there are many Con-Artists out there eager to take advantage of you, don't be duped!

LOCAL COMMUNITY

We are blessed with a beautiful venue, surrounded by a community that lives there all year round. Please respect their space by driving slowly & carefully, not stopping on other farm properties, do not leave any roadside litter, be respectful if visiting any local shops along the way and be thankful for this community to allow us to return each year.  

BE AWARE 

Trust your instincts. Do not accept drinks in open containers. Report suspicious behaviour.

Keep your valuables safe at all times, ideally on your person. Leave laptops and cameras at home.
