Oasis Tented Village provides hassle-free festival camping at an affordable price.

Canvas dome tents and kartents avaialble! Each tent sleeps two and includes one light, 2 single mattresses and a colorful array of fitted sheets, pillows, pillowcases and sleeping bags. A private communal chill area with a mini kitchen set up, water dispenser, 2 gas stoves, kettle, ashtrays, rubbish bins and central light with You don't need to worry about a thing and the management team will look after you and your things.

Tent pricing options:

1) Canvas dome tent (4man) - Fully furnished - 2 x beds + Chill area = R1500 (Saturday & Sunday night)

2) Karent - Fully furnished - 2 x beds + 1x Ticket + Chill area = R1500 (Saturday & Sunday night)

3) Kartent only - Unfurnished - Can sleep 2 = R750 (Saturday & Sunday night)

Ultra Visions Festival will be hosted at one of Natures Farmacy's newest locations situated in the Kleinmond estuary forests just 40min from Gordons Bay and Hermanus. The venue boasts a beautifully intimate space with plenty of camping and shade nestled between the tall trees and protected from the elements.

Hope Farms aka Natures Village just outside Kleinmond. (Between Bettys Bay and Hermanus) Look for the Rooisand Nature reserve turn-off!

Via the N2 - get onto the N2 and travel through Somerset West and over Sir lowries pass towards Hermanus. Turn left onto the Botrivier turn off to take the R43 and head towards Hermanus /Kleinmond. Turn right onto the R44 and drive past Arabella Country estate. Roughly 5km past Arabella look and for signs to the venue (Rooisand Nature reserve)

Via the R44 - take the R44 Clarance drive around Gordons Bay and past Betty's Bay. Just Stay on the R44 the whole time and look for signs once you pass through the town of Kleinmond. The venue is about 4km outside of Kleinmond. Look for signs as well as the Rooisand nature reserve turn-off. If you get to Arabella gold estate you have gone too far, turn around and head back 5km

- Cash bar on site by Carbon Events - Cash or card will be accepted

- Members bud bar by One Culture - For members only

- Ticket price includes free Camping. Camping spots work on a first come first serve basis

- Glass Bottles are strictly prohibited, please decant all liquids into plastic bottles beforehand. You are allowed to bring your own booze to this event.

- Some food stalls and vendors might not have card facilities so please bring cash.

- Open Fires are strictly prohibited (the communal fire pit & braai area or gas hobs must be used for all cooking)

- Right of Admission will be reserved (no refunds to kak causers)

- Gates Open @ 10:00 on the 30th of April (music commences @ 14:00)

the event comes to an end on the 01st of May @ 17:00 but you can still camp overnight free of charge.

- Please do not drink and drive or drive tired, rather camp another night or rest until later!

- Bring sunblock, the dancefloor between the trees is well shaded, but you still get sunburnt.

- Camping: No Charge (please bring your own camping equipment)

- No under 18's allowed.

- Small children (under 8years old) are allowed but must be under adult supervision at all times!

- The Venue has an orphanage on grounds close by and would like to support them with this event. We ask all patrons to bring old clothes, old toys, food, or any other donations to support them. These donations can be dropped off at the gate throughout the event.

- Please make sure your drivers and car licenses are up to date, there will likely be a roadblock near the event checking for drunk driving and these things at some point during the event.

- This venue is a high fire risk - there was a massive fire on and around the venue not too long ago. Please be very careful with your cigarette stumpies. Please use the ashtrays around the venue.

- Please note the organizers accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, death, loss or damage of any nature to persons, vehicles, or belongings, even in the case of negligence. Due care has been taken to make this event safe and secure. Tickets are non-refundable.

FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions

Q - Is the event safe?

A - Yes, we have taken a lot of care and planning to ensure you have a safe festival environment. Medics, security, and a fire safety team will be on-site for the duration of this event.

Q - Can you park where you camp?

A - Yes there are certain camping spots where you can park and camp at the same spot. These spots are a bit limited, so to secure one we advise you to come early. The camps sites where you are not allowed to park are because of the dense vegetation.

Q - How far is the parking and camping from the dancefloor?

A - Camping is about 250 - 350m from the dancefloor and parking 300m from the campsite. We will have a shuttle from the parking area to the dance floor free of charge

Q - Are there tickets at the gate?

A - Yes, but very limited. Rather buy online to secure your spot. We will update Facebook once the event is sold out. Sunday Funday tickets will be subject to space available on the day

Q - Are there Toilets / Showers?

A - Yes. Toilets at the camp and at the dancefloor. Cold showers are free, hot showers will cost a small fee (fee goes to charity - a local orphanage on the farm)

Q - Is there fresh drinking water?

A - Yes, but only at certain spots. Please look for signs on what you can and cannot drink water.

Q - Are children allowed?

A - Yes, but we don't want kids running off into the woods on their own, so we will only allow small children that need to be supervised by their parents at all times. Children do not need tickets.

Q - Are there food and other Stalls?

A - Yes there will be food trucks and a few stalls. We will also make one big communal fire pit where everyone is welcome to bring their own meat or food to braai.

Q - Can any car drive on that terrain?

A - Yes, it's a decent gravel road, nothing crazy. All cars can easily access the venue

Q - Can you pay with a card at the event?

A - Yes, but not all vendors will have card facilities, rather draw cash and bring it along.

Your Sunday Funday is their off day/family time. Please drive slowly & carefully. Do not litter. Be respectful if you are visiting any local shops along the way or back, and try to be an ambassador for events like these that aim to uplift surrounding communities. We want to return again soon so please have respect and be thankful for this community to allow us to host these events.
