ABOUT
The Immersion - something new from Secret Sunrise. An opportunity to challenge your body and mind, have an incredible Secret Sunrise movement experience with the addition of a cold water immersion.
7 minutes of GLORY... This session is part of our second immersion series, building up to 12 minutes in our 3rd and final part next Month. Bring an open mind and heart, and come and celebrate your body in this 7 minute cold water challenge, suitable for all abilities and experience levels.
In this session, we will be guiding your through some movements and breathing techniques, finally building you up and warming us up to a collective cold water immersion. The objective is to challenge and appreciate our bodies and how they are our vessel of celebration. Expect to move, expect to connect with yourself and others, and expect to challenge your body in a cold water immersion experience to music.
We will be guiding you through and supporting each other to this amazing challenge. If you are unable to get wet, perhaps this series is not for you. Bathing suits are essential and something warm after the immersion. We will be immersing ourselves only up to our neck, so no swimming caps necessary. Expect to feel challenged and alive after the experience. We look forward to this journey with you.

TIME: 6:30am - 7:30am (Please arrive at 6:15am to receive your headsets, we start at 6:30am sharp)
THEME: The Immersion - 7 minutes of glory
BRING: Bring towel, bathing suit, comfortable clothing for moving, something warm for after the immersion.
