Unwinding Your Knots is beyond thrilled to present Chakra Hun Thursdays, on the 1st June 2023, at Willows, 06 Faure Avenue.
Chakra Hun Thursdays is an evening that caters to all things wholesome, sacred and story! It will be an evening where space is held for the emergence of your stories and self through creativity, presence and connection.
This event will be hosted and facilitated by Tumi Riet, a well-known theatremaker, poet, space-holder and story doula. She will host an evening where communal stories are collectively unwinded and where bonds are created and shared.
The ticket includes:

yoga + meditation sessions
tea + snacks
