Dion has accumulated years of experience in the offshore arena and has developed strong relations with high-net-worth clients throughout South Africa, particularly in Durban. Dion is a family man and enjoys playing golf and baseball.

Director of BTG Mauritius
Kersley is a CA(SA) with an H. Dip Tax Law. Kersley has professional experience as an Audit, Tax and Corporate Finance partner, as well as commercial experience as CFO of listed and private companies, including exposure to structuring, planning and commercial transactions.
Johann Strauss
Consultant with BTG Consulting
Qualified Chartered accountant with 18 years experience in financial services having worked in South Africa, USA, UK, Guernsey and Mauritius. Previous roles include Head of Finance for a UK Private Equity firm as well as Senior Executive for an International Fund Administration company in Cape Town. Joined the BTG Group in 2016 as Finance and Operations Director before moving back to South Africa in 2019 to head up Business Development in Southern Africa.

Candice Thompson is an advisory consultant and relocation specialist for BTG Relocations. She has been residing in Mauritius for the past 14 years with her husband and young daughter and understands the many intricacies of relocating.
