As the days get longer, & the weather warmer ~ break out of your home comforts, & come dance through any stale energy, in the freedom of the great outdoors! Feet in the sand, sun warming you, ocean ebbing & flowing, as music fills your ears & makes your body move in the most magnificent way!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up. We welcome all bodies, ages and fitness levels, backgrounds and creeds. Our sessions are fully accessible to everybody.
