ABOUT
The sun is shining, the summer vibe is tangible and we will be dancing dressed in all the colours of the rainbow as the sun sets over stunning Cape Town. Join us celebrating into the sunset on the gorgeous beach sand. Expect summer dance hits and music from all over! Dip your toes in the waves, wave the sun goodnight and boogie-woogie with all of your might!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up. We welcome all bodies, ages and fitness levels, backgrounds and creeds. Our sessions are fully accessible to everybody.
