Exclusive Lifestyle Sundays (ELS) is a premium luxury pop-up event, that took place in

some of the most sublime locations in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. We used operate at only two

locations, i.e. Brick & Mortar Lounge (2 Slater Road) and Aro Vista (49 Beach Road,

Humewood, behind Cubana ). As ELS, we pride ourselves in hosting weekly parties of

epic proportions, while maintaining the relaxed feel of a Sunday afternoon. ELS is more

of an experience packaged in the form of premium alcohol, excellent food, aesthetically

pleasing surroundings and décor, and the best entertainment from provincial and

national artists, DJs & entertainers.

Launching during Lockdown level 2 last year, we had our first event on March 30 th . Due

to Lockdown regulations, we had to be fully cognizant of health and safety regulations.

This meant that we adopted a bookings-only strategy, as to control crowd flow as well

as to operate within the Covid-19 restrictions. In a way, the pandemic assisted us in

maintaining exclusivity by limiting the number of people allowed into our events.

Alike other event organizers, patrons were able to secure table and booth bookings for

the full VIP or VVIP experience. Our packages are mostly constructed around the

provision of premium liquor brands such as Hennessy,Tanquaray,Hendricks, Moët & Chandon and Veuve

Clicquot ect.

However we have now occupied our own property which was formerly known as Brick n Mortar and have changed the name to “The Temple” we now trade every day f the week.

The Temple has one (1) official social media page i.e., IG: @the_temple.gqebrha. Our

marketing primarily takes place via Instagram with the help of local influencers who

share our events on their intsa-stories as a way to generate hype around events.
