This is something brand new and we think you will all love it!
We are going to the super awesome Mqeku Picnic Site for a day filled with adventure and fun!
This place is a real hidden gem tucked away in the Valley Of 1000 Hills on the banks of the Umgeni river.
Whats on offer:
Hiking - Picnicing - Braaing - Swimming - Tubing - Bird watching and the list is endless!!!!

Time & place to meet:
7.30am Pot & Kettle in Bothas Hill (to drive in a convoy from there)
Cost: R250pp (includes entry fee to picnic site, use of all facilities, braai (bring your own meat), tube hire and guiding)
What to bring: your own food and drinks,
hiking boots/shoes (if you are planning to hike), picnic blanket, sunglasses, cap, sunblock, towel, swimwear and dry clothes (if you are planning on swimming or tubing).
We will be meeting outside Pot&Kettle at 7.30 and will drive in a convoy to our destination (cars with low ground clearance are not recommended for this trip). We will set up a whatsapp group to arrange car pooling from Durban or from Pot & kettle.
At 4pm we will all pack up and drive back in convoy.
Please note that driving to the site on your own is not recommended as the road is long, dusty and windy. and it is very easy to get lost.

Please note that we will need 10 confirmed & paid bookings to go ahead with this event. payment is non-refundale if you are a no show. If weather is bad, event will be re-scheduled.
Families welcome - please note that children must be accompanied by an adult that participates in the activies (in other words: you need to look after your kids)
