By purchasing a ticket, you contribute to the equipment we will require

to dispatch our mobile clinics to this community.

The focus of Helping Health is to increase availability of medical services for individuals with limited access to quality healthcare services.

The project will adopt a bio-psychosocial concept of health to account for the interrelatedness between medical outcomes and the living conditions of individuals.

THE RULES

a) No persons under the age of 18 are allowed to enter the raffle.

b) No discounts will be given.

c) No refunds will be given.

d) Participants are allowed to enter as many times as they wish.

e) Each entry will be validated through an automated digital ticket.

f) Each ticket will have a unique code linked to the participant details.

g) The finalist(s) shall be chosen by using a random number picker. A video will be made of the

selection process and posted to our social media platforms and website.

h) The competition will run from 1 October 2022 until 15 December 2022.

i) Winner to be announced at 1pm on the 16th of December 2022.

j) Decisions made by the person conducting the Helping Health Raffle is final.

k) No entries after the closing date will be accepted.

l) Any persons associated with Humanitas Care Foundation is not allowed to enter the raffle at

any given time.

m) Participants are to have a valid ID or Passport to enter.

n) Participants are to have a valid Bank Account in their name to enter.

o) Only one winner will be selected.

p) 15% of all proceeds will be awarded as the prize.

q) Any unclaimed prizes will be re-entered into a new draw on the 15th of January 2023.
