As the sun sets on 20PlentyNew, let's dance together in honour of the year that has been, and the year that is to come… Celebrating all the smilestones along the way, with ourselves and each other.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up. We welcome all bodies, ages and fitness levels, backgrounds and creeds. Our sessions are fully accessible to everybody.

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
