Join Field Mycologist and mushroom identification expert Jon Mac Gillivray for two educational workshops; a talk on `Magic of Mushrooms ` and a forays into the wilds to put the knowledge learned in the presentation into practice.

Jon is the current President of MSOSA(The Mycological Society of Southern Africa) with 23 chapters across the subcontinent. He has been categorizing fungi and educating in the space for 15 yrs and has several successful business enterprises in the Myco-Industry.

This is your opportunity to be introduced to the incredible Fungal world led by an experienced and renowned mushroom expert. Mycology is a pioneering science space filled with breakthroughs in medical science, excellent mushroom cuisine, and quality time in the great outdoors.

The weekend workshops are best done together for the full experience, but please pay CASH for each individual on the day if you are unable to attend both workshops and do not need a combo ticket.

Workshop Dates

Friday: Magic of Mushrooms mushrooms (Talk), 6:30pm-7:30pm, Mtunzini Country Club, Quicket Ticket covers both events or CASH R80 Adult.

Saturday: Mushroom Foray(Walk) 8:30am-10:00am, Mtunzini Country Club, Quicket Ticket covers both events or CASH R120 Adult R60 Child
