Let's feel those Good Vibes and close off February strong with a Secret Sunrise beach boogie.
New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play !
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

TIME: 07:00 - 08:00 (arrive by 6:45 to collect headphones)
WHERE: Nahoon Beach (River Side), Park at Beach Break Cafe and Walk

WHAT TO BRING: Your BFF`s , family annnnnd if you feeling adventurous dress up
Wireless headphones will be provided for the hour.
