ABOUT
Brazilian cuisine is the result of a mixture of European, indigenous and African ingredients. Many of the techniques of preparation and food items are of indigenous origin, having undergone adaptations by the slaves and the Portuguese, who made changes to their typical dishes using local ingredients.
Food is more than just nutrition, food is heritage, is culture.
