Get ready to rock and roll to some awesome beats as we celebrate fitness, wellness and the joy of dance.

As Midnight Oil once said, "How can we dance when our earth is turning! How do we sleep while our beds are burning! But we know the answer: we dance, and we keep on dancing!

With Chumbawamba's words ringing in our ears, "I get knocked down, but I get up again. You're never gonna keep me down." We'll be bouncing back, stronger and more energized than ever!

So come and join us, dance like nobody's watching, and never stop believing! "Don't stop believin', hold on to that feelin'."

New to the SS community?

It's not like anything you have done before.

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party.

We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

- Entrance fee (dance): R150 pp adults
