Ticket to The Moon Youth Theatre Company is proud to present a heartwarming production in celebration of Nelson Mandela's 105-year legacy. Based on one of Chris van Wyk's final stories, "Mr. Hare Meets Mr. Mandela," this stage adaptation tells the story of Mr. Hare's brave and persistent journey to return a lost R200 note to its rightful owner, Mr. Mandela. Through the lens of this adventure, the show highlights the importance of literacy, a cause that was close to the late uTata's heart.
Directed by Daniel Geddes and featuring a talented cast of four actors performing in English, the show promises to be a fun-filled experience for the whole family. With a brand-new script, joyful music, and an array of memorable characters, audiences will be transported on an exciting journey that will warm their hearts and leave them with a lasting message.
