ABOUT
Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences invites all alumni to attend the Breaking Boundaries @BMRI an independently organised event which will take place on Friday 14 April 2023.
Breaking Boundaries @BMRI is a curated event managed by Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences management team, which forms part of the inauguration of the R1,2 billion Biomedical Research Institute at SU’s Tygerberg Campus. Together with the Inauguration Committee, the Faculty Dean, Professor Elmi Muller and Vice-Dean: Research and Internationalisation, Professor Nico Gey van Pittius, FMHS is inviting bright minds to provide new and/or interesting insights on a wide array of topics to share with an audience of 100 SU alumni and thoughts leaders to further SU’s objective of fostering learning through the thought-provoking sharing of ideas.
The theme for all Breaking Boundaries @BMRI speakers is ‘improving lives with breakthrough science’ and we invite you to join us for this great event. Beside the networking and great talks to look forward to you will be able to meet the speakers and engage with them on various topics.
