Chef Adél Hughes presents a dinner menu inspired by the place where land and sea meet, using locally sourced ingredients. Immerse yourself in this shoreline menu while enjoying Donkiesbaai wines.



Chef Adél Hughes is anchored in Betty's Bay, surrounded by the ever-growing giant sea bamboo (Ecklonia maxima). She has been cooking with it for many years now, so it felt only right to name her open-fire pop-up eatery after it. Inspired by the South Atlantic Ocean, her dishes are mostly seafood-focused including seaweeds and wild edibles
