Join us for an hour long journey, moving and dancing to music from all over the world! A vibrant journey through time, space and cultures! Boogie all over the world and then settle in for a stunning sunset on the gorgeous Clifton 2nd Beach. Dress up in your most colourful, funky clothes and get groovy on the sand!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.
