Ten top chefs cooking with heritage beef and indigenous ingredients from Strydkraal community, create tasting plate portions paired with Nederburg wines. Ticket holding diners and SA Chefs Association accredited judges vote for their favourite flavours. A bespoke selection of heritage food offerings also on sale for non-ticket holders. There are unique traders selling lifestyle, fashion and arts celebrating our beautiful South African heritage.
