Only hours after these traumatic events, at Isandlwana another epic struggle took place on the other side of the Buffalo River at Rorke’s Drift, a small mission station and hospital where incredibly under 200 British and colonial troops defended the station against attacks from 3,000 to 4,000 Zulu warriors.
