Join us for a deliciously fun event, Huli's Donut Creation Extravaganza, in collaboration with Eden on the Bay, Arise, and Huli's Donuts! In this exciting hands-on workshop, kids will have the opportunity to decorate their very own donuts with toppings, edible glitter and indulge in their sweet creations.

For only R60 per child they will get to enjoy three scrumptious donuts to personalize and enjoy. This event is perfect for kids aged 3-12 who love to get creative, and have a blast with new friends.

Terms and Conditions: Huli's Donut Creation Extravaganza

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Huli's Donut Creation Extravaganza ("Event"). By joining the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Event Details: a. The Huli's Donut Creation Extravaganza is a collaborative event between Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and Huli's Donuts. b. The Event is a hands-on workshop where kids aged 3-12 can decorate their own donuts with colorful toppings and indulge in their sweet creations. c. The Event will take place just outside of Pick n Pay. d. The Event dates are as follows:

• 28 June
• 5 July
• 12 July

1. Registration and Participation: a. Participation in the Event is open to kids aged 3-12. b. Each participant must be registered individually. c. The registration fee for the Event is R60 per child. d. Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information. e. Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants. f. By participating in the Event, parents or guardians give consent for photographs or videos taken during the Event to be used for promotional purposes.
2. Event Guidelines and Conduct: a. Participants must follow the instructions and guidance provided by Huli's expert donut makers. b. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards others attending the Event. c. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child(ren) during the Event. d. Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and their representatives reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
3. Safety and Liability: a. Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and their representatives will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants. b. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child(ren) follow safety guidelines and instructions provided during the Event. c. Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and their representatives will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or theft that may occur during the Event.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: a. The Event may be canceled or rescheduled by Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, or their representatives due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control. b. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be notified as soon as possible. c. Refunds will be provided to registered participants if the Event is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.
5. Changes to the Terms: a. Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and their representatives reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. b. Participants will be subject to the most recent version of the Terms available at the time of their registration.
6. Governing Law: a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

Please read these Safety Guidelines carefully before participating in the Huli's Donut Creation Extravaganza ("Event"). The safety of all participants is our top priority, and by joining the Event, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

1. Parental Responsibility: a. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and well-being of their child(ren) throughout the Event. b. Parents or guardians must ensure that their child(ren) understand and follow the safety guidelines provided during the Event.
2. Participant Conduct: a. Participants must listen to and follow the instructions provided by Huli's expert donut makers and event staff. b. Participants must treat others with respect and courtesy, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all. c. Participants must refrain from engaging in any behavior that may cause harm or discomfort to themselves or others.
3. Safe Donut Decoration: a. Participants must handle donut decoration tools and materials with care to avoid injury. b. Participants should not consume any decorations or toppings that may pose a choking hazard. c. Participants must notify event staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions to ensure a safe donut decoration experience.
4. Personal Safety: a. Participants must be mindful of their surroundings and avoid running or engaging in any unsafe physical activities during the Event. b. Participants must not climb on or tamper with any event structures, displays, or equipment.
5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: a. Parents or guardians must inform event staff of any known allergies or dietary restrictions their child(ren) may have. b. Huli's Donuts will make reasonable efforts to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions; however, they cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. c. Parents or guardians are responsible for reviewing the ingredients of the donuts and toppings provided during the Event to ensure they are suitable for their child(ren).
6. Emergency Situations: a. In the event of an emergency or injury, participants must immediately notify event staff or a designated authority. b. Parents or guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information during registration and ensure their child(ren) are aware of how to seek assistance if needed.
7. Photography and Media: a. By participating in the Event, parents or guardians give consent for photographs or videos taken during the Event to be used for promotional purposes. b. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, please inform event staff in advance.
8. Liability and Indemnity: a. Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and their representatives will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants. However, they will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or theft that may occur during the Event. b. Parents or guardians agree to indemnify and hold Huli's Donuts, Eden on the Bay, Arise, and their representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their child's participation in the Event.
