Put on your party hat, bring something to sit on like a camping chair or blanket, a beach umbrella, some sunscreen and definitely bring your dancing shoes! Welcome to the newest gig for young-at-heart nostalgics. Groove to the tunes from when you were growing up to your matric farewell, to the opening song at your wedding. In fact, 12 hours of back-to-back tribute hits, performed live from midday to midnight in the biggest get-together of a great generation. It's about time the grown-ups get a turn.

When navigating the ticket options, consider the following:

• Decide which days you want to attend: for Friday night only, select the Big Kick-Off (Entry Only). If you want to attend the steak braai on Friday night, select that option. There will be live music performed by one local band from about 8pm until midnight. Knowing the locals, it's going to be festive!
• If you want to attend on the Saturday only, select Saturday Pass. If you'd like a seat in the Silver Circle directly in front of the stage, select that option, which includes entry on Friday night as an added bonus.
• If you're a regular follower of one of the bands performing on Saturday and you have a promo code, select the Follower Pass option. (Limited number)
• If you want to attend on both days, select the Weekend Pass option.
• If you want to attend on both days with all the bells and whistles like the steak braai on Friday night and a seat in the Silver Circle, select the Boomer Pass option. Parking is unfortunately not included, due to limited space.
• If you want to park on site, first select your entry tickets then select the parking tickets. (remember, limited parking bays are available). If you select the Weekend Pass or Boomer Pass option and you want to park inside on both days, you need to select parking tickets for Friday AND Saturday (due to different rates). You will not be allowed into the grounds with just a parking ticket.
• If you want to camp, first select your entry tickets, (Weekend Pass or Boomer Pass) then select your camping pitch. Pitches are for maximum 2 persons and the rate is for both days. You will not be allowed into the grounds with just a camping ticket. The camping pitches are on an adjacent rugby field with flush toilets and hot shower cubicles. There is no shade. The 6x9m pitches are ideal for a car plus mid-size caravan or car plus camping trailer, rooftop camping vehicles and mid-size campervans. The 3x3m pitches are ideal for 2-person dome or A-Frame tents. Check-out for campers is 11:00 on Sunday, 10 December 2023.
• The Silver Circle (named after the colour of our hair) is directly in front of the stage and features seating.
• All prices are per person, except camping and parking.
• Unisex Festival T-Shirts are available to purchase on check-out.

PLEASE NOTE: NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS. CAMPERS ARE PERMITTED TO BRING THEIR OWN ALCOHOL BUT MAY CONSUME IT ONLY ON THEIR CAMPING PITCH, NOWHERE ELSE. ANYONE SEEN BREAKING THIS RULE WILL SUMMARILY BE ASKED TO LEAVE BY SECURITY WITH NO POSSIBLITY OF A REFUND.

The bands in the line-up for this all-day festival of tribute songs are (in alphabetical order):

1. Beat Route; a veteran bunch of musicians who do this strictly for fun (and a couple of tequilas)
2. Lucky Break - Pure Rock 'n Roll. Listen out for "Nutbush City Limits", it would have made Tina proud!
3. Mallies & Die Sakemanne - mature rock from under the Paarl Rock with one or two great Afrikaans tunes thrown in.
4. Southbound - some "Smoke on the Water" from the Whale Coast!
5. Sweet Touch - A sweet band with a jazzy touch from the Riebeek Valley. Their renditions of "Evil Ways" and "Black Magic Woman" hit the sweet spot!
6. Tangerine - Tinges of Ska, Country, a bit of Blues, Rock and Reggae from Tulbagh
7. The Flashback Fridays - From Gauteng nogal! Their version of "Jolene" is the stuff goosebumps are made of!
8. The Richard Pryor Band - Hi-Octane Hits. "Expect a musical Journey that weaves seamlessly from the 'Roots' to the 'Fruits'"
9. Snafu - LOTS of Reggae! Warning: you'll definitely be singing along to "Could you be loved"!
