Power Hour- Principals
Spend time with child developmental, behavioural and discipline expert Cindy Arenstein. Cindy has worked within the school environment from ECD facilities all the way to Tertiary Education for over 25 years and has been the principal of 2 Pre-Schools for over 15 years. Cindy was also on the Board of the School Forum for over 3 years. She has a deep first-hand knowledge of the challenges Principals face on a daily basis.
Topic of the hour: Keeping it all together amidst the storm. Leadership, tolerance, guidance
This virtual event is designed to provide a safe and supportive space for Principals to come together and discuss the challenges and joys of leadership. We will engage in meaningful conversations and activities to help Principals gain insight into the behaviour of children and adults and how guidance can be applied in a positive and effective way.
This event will also provide an opportunity to connect with other Principals and share experiences, tips, and strategies for successful leadership.
