Camping&hiking trip in the heart of Zululand!

What is included: your entry,&camping fee, bonfire, 2x guided hikes and sunset boat cruise.

details of the hikes:

1: 10km round trip - Raphia Palm Forest - Mangrove Forest - 2 lagoons - pristine beaches - picnic site - doggie beach

Duration: appr. 3 hours

2: 8km round trip to the Umlalazi river mouth and back

Duration: appr. 3 hours

Both hikes are graded as easy so beginners and kids are welcome to join!

What to bring::

for the hike: snacks, water or cold drinks, a cap, a backpack. also a phone or camera to capture all the beauty!

For camping: all your camping gear (tent,sleeping bag, mattress, lights and whatever else you think you may need. All your food and drinks.

Prices:

2 men tent R200 for the night.

Sleeping bag+ mat R150pp

Please note that we need 10 confirmed bookings to go ahead with this event. If quota is not met, event will be cancelled and refund will be processed.

No refund or credit if you are a 'no show'!

If event is cancelled due to bad weather, it will be re-scheduled and new date will be given.

Grading Of Hikes:

Grade 1 Easy. Minimal fitness required

Grade 2 Not too strenuous. Moderate fitness

Grade 3 Moderate. Physical fitness advisable

Grade 4 Strenuous. Physical fitness essential

Grade 5 Very strenuous - high level of physical fitness essential
