The Cologne Cathedral Girls' Choir (Germany) was founded in 1989 and is one of the outstanding young choirs in Germany. The choir can regularly be heard at Cologne Cathedral during the Sunday church services. The choir has travelled abundantly and has performed on nearly all continents. The 45 young girls from Germany are now returning to South Africa - after a first tour in 2019.
The Stellenbosch University Chamber Choir was founded in 2014 by Dr Martin Berger. Concert tours have taken him to Hong Kong, Hungary and Germany. The choir takes a multi-ethnic approach to choral singing and sings in almost all of South Africa's official languages.
Gene Louw Primary Choir is one of the best children's choirs in South Africa. Numerous national and international competition successes testify to the consistently high level of this choir.
All proceedings of this evening will be donated to HOPE Cape Town.
All choirs so contribute to better the situation for children who need our society's solidarity and support.
