Arcadia is a utopian vision of life, and what better place to experience utopia than surrounded by nature. The journey continues as we venture deep in the woods of the Matroosberg Nature Reserve in Ceres for the 2nd edition of the Habitat season.

VENUE

Matroosberg Nature Reserve, Ceres, Western Cape. (2h from CT)

The majestic forest and mountain land space of the Matroosberg appropriately represents Arcadia, a utopian world. One closely connected to nature.  

CAMPING

General camping is included in every ticket.

GLAMPING

Situated in a shaded forest close to the event space. We have 2 glamping options available. Please see the Bell Tent Glamping tab at the top of the page for all details.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is sold separately from festival tickets.

SHUTTLE

Shuttles will leave at 14:00pm on Friday from Sea Point Library, returning at the end of the event at 17:00pm Sunday, 3 December.

SWIMMING

Swimming is allowed during the day in the dam. No night swimming is permitted as a safety precaution. There will be tractor rides from the forest to the dam.

MORNING YOGA

Join us at 8AM on Saturday and Sunday Morning on the dance floor for a yoga class that focuses on heart-opening before the music starts.

CASHLESS BAR

Card only. No cash will be accepted at the bar, please kindly come prepared.

FOOD

There will be a variety of food vendors to keep you well-nourished throughout the event. Food vendor applications are closed, please do not send us any new requests. 

POLICY

No alcohol is allowed to be brought into the venue; this will be strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the venue and the nature around it.

No under 21's (ID on request)

Right of admission reserved. Participation in this event is entirely at your own risk. The organisers and venue accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, death, loss or damage of any nature to persons, vehicles or belongings, even in the case of negligence. Due care has been taken to make this event safe and secure.
