ABOUT
The Second Annual Western Province Homebrew Championships and Homebrew festival.
Join our Four Regional Clubs, Helderberg, NorthYeasters, SouthYeasters and Wijnland Homebrew clubs as they battle it out to be the best.
Last year Wijnland won in a three way competition between the SouthYeasters, Wijnland Homebrew Club and Helderberg Homebrew Club.
This year we welcome the NorthYeasters to the competition and festival making it a total of four clubs from the Western Cape who will be presenting their best beers at the Homebrew Festival.
The event moves to the Jack Black Brewery and tap room, located in Diep River this year.
Will it be Advantage SouthYeasters or will the new kids on the block steal the show?
All four clubs will have beers on taps, offering you a chance to sample some of the best beer in the province ( and country). So come join teh clubs, the event is open to all beer people whether you are a homebrewer, a beer aficionado, or just want a really cool day out.
R75 gets you entry with a free glass ( before the time and guarantees you a glass, R80 on the day without glass and R100 with glass while stocks last) and as many tasters as you can, with upwards of 24 + beers on tap, it will make going round the world seem like a cake walk ( and if you know what that references is extra Kudo's to you).
The Jack Black restaurant will be open, so you can fill your tummy happy with their delicious fair
