Cornerstone Institute is poised to ignite a potent conversation in Cape Town, celebrating Women's Month with an evening of dialogue and stories from local women in leadership: the Holistic Women's Empowerment Cocktail Evening. This local gathering is underscored by the need for a dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences as a tool for empowering others through not only knowledge but lived experiences. It will feature esteemed speakers who have left an indelible mark on their respective fields.

As global conversations around women's empowerment continue, Cornerstone Institute recognises the importance of cultivating a local discourse that resonates with Cape Town's women's unique challenges and aspirations while still keeping in touch with global trends

Cornerstone Institute proudly welcomes Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng (former Vice-Chancellor of UCT), Dr Marianne Louw (Executive Dean of Cornerstone Institute), Zaida Frank (Operations Manager of Autism Western Cape) and Ndileka Zantsi (CEO & Center Manager at French South African Tech Labs) to lead this discourse at Cornerstone Institute campus on 31 August this year. Olwethu Nodada (Speaker, Radio host and entrepreneur) will be the Programme Director for the evening.

The Holistic Women's Empowerment Cocktail Evening is a call to action, an invitation for Cape Town's women to engage, share, and learn from one another. By diving into lived experiences and celebrating the achievements of these remarkable speakers, Cornerstone Institute seeks to create a space conducive to the exchange of ideas, knowledge and inspiration. Although centered around women's empowerment, we welcome all genders to promote a comprehensive approach to wellness and strengthen our community ties.
