With servant leaders

Cassie Carstens from The World Needs A Father.

South African Christian leader, Cassie Carstens, has been in full time ministry for the past 34 years. He has served as a church pastor and as a leader of national and international Christian sports related evangelical movements.

In 2011, Cassie started The World Needs A Father movement with the primary goal of restoring fathers to their God-given role as servant-leaders of their families. By providing a practical training course and a supporting network of like-minded fathers and trainers, more than 20,000 men across 35 countries have been impacted. In response to the social issues of our world, churches, companies, schools and community leaders continue to request the program.

Barry Isaacs from Host of Marriage Enrichment Seminars.

Barry, Co-Founder and Director of Three Cord Family Development Services, has been in family ministry for over 50 years.

Together, he and his wife, Rita, have counselled many couples as they navigated their way through the ups and downs of the marital relationship especially as it relates to being the father and leader within family life. Together, they share five children and six grandchildren - all of whom keep him very agile and busy!

While he no longer ministers full time, he is fully activated and has a few irons in the fire beyond family ministry, such as serving as the Chairperson of the Concerned Clergy of the Western Cape and stewarding Transformation Prayer Ministry.

Barry is passionate about praying for the City and has a deep commitment to fostering and strengthening unity amongst the leadership within the body of Christ.
