ABOUT

A night of sonic chaos at Armchair Theatre with three enigmatic South African bands. Their music sonically ranges from abrasive to beautiful. 

MOUSE

Mouse is a groove filled whirlwind of energy that will lift you off your feet and into

the crowd as your mind melts out your ears and onto the floor below. Flowing like

a river through the genres of doom, psych, jazz, fuzz and punk rock. Mouse is

primarily an experimental force.

THYLASINE

Thylasine are an electro-acoustic five piece composed of guitars, synthesizers, bass guitar, cello, vocals and drums. Genre non-specific, their songs deal with themes of nature's revenge, human frailty, societal constructs, hauntings and protests against corruption and authority. Each song sways and swells, sometimes erupts and screeches its way to the sometimes grinding, sometimes screaming, halt.

TAEKWONDO SLEEPOVER

Taekwondo Sleepover is 2-piece hell. Elements of noise, punk and metal. A lot of noise, delay, drums and sexual tension.
