Big Christmas Africa – Outside Christmas Concerts at café Roux!

We're excited to announce another run of Festive Season Outdoor Christmas Shows at café Roux - after two sold-out shows last year, we’ve decided to add another one as well for this year! Join us for a fun-filled, all-ages Outside Christmas concert at beautiful café Roux in Noordhoek on Friday the 22nd, Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th of December!

This is a celebration of the release of the Sit the Folk Down Christmas compilation album Big Christmas Africa, a collection of Christmas/Holiday favourites, but performed by some super talented local musicians. We figured, what better way to celebrate than an actual live performance of those tracks, as well as a few other holiday favourites!

The Misty Cliffs (Nick Turner, Nick Catto and Matt Catto) will be holding down the fort as the house band and we'll have a few of the performers from the album lending a hand throughout the show.

A few things to remember:

Doors open at 4:30pm. Show starts at 5:30pm and will be done by 7pm latest. Like Kirstenbosch, this is a fully outdoor concert & these shows go on despite a little bit of rain. Please come dressed accordingly. No cooler boxes permitted, we have our full menu on offer - and those with grass tickets, please bring blankets to sit on.

We'll once again be doing a gift collection for those in need - a stationery drive for Masicorp's ECD's - 3 local preschools in Masiphumelele. They are desperately needing:
