Join us for a truly enchanting experience as the sun sets over one of South Africa's most picturesque venues, where the magic of your favorite South African music comes to life. We are thrilled to present the extraordinary talents of renowned artists, Louise Carver and Ard Matthews, as they unite for a special Sunset Concert at the idyllic Stanford Hills Estate, nestled 20 minutes from Hermanus, just before Stanford town.
Enjoy a variety of food stalls, bars and views of the Klein River Mountains as these multi award winning artists perform all their biggest hits plus join each for a few special numbers.
Gates open from 2:30pm to give people enough time to get comfortable and get their food and drinks sorted with the show starting promptly at 5pm.
This family and pet friendly concert is the perfect reprieve after Christmas and a much needed pause before New Year.
Please note, no outside food or drinks will be allowed at the concert.

Louise Carver is a South African singer-songwriter celebrated for her commanding vocals and heartfelt lyrics. Her journey began at the age of fifteen when she signed a record deal and released her debut single, 'It Don't Matter,' which swiftly became a radio sensation. Her debut album, 'Mirrors & Windows,' featuring the hit 'Fallen for You,' further established her as a musical force.
Carver's career soared when renowned deep house producer Kenny Hawkes collaborated with her on the chart-topping track 'Play the Game,' which reached number one in Europe, leading to Sony UK licensing her song 'I'd Say Yes,' achieving the same feat. Her second studio album, "Silent Scream," produced by UK duo Tin Tin Out, spawned hit singles like "Empty Fantasy," 'Impossible Love,' and 'Harder Than I Thought,' earning her a SAMA nomination for 'Best Adult Contemporary Album.'

Ard Matthews, renowned as one of South Africa’s most prized singers, songwriters, and award-winning artists, is a cherished household name and personality. Bursting onto the music scene with his distinctive sultry voice in the 90s as the frontman of the iconic rock band Just Jinjer, Ard led the group to soar from height to height with hit songs such as ‘What He Means,’ ‘Shallow Waters,’ and ‘She Knows,’ among others. Over the past two decades, the band has headlined some of South Africa’s most significant festivals and graced the stages of legendary music venues across the United States.
Branching out into a solo career, Ard launched his debut solo album in 2012, followed by his second studio album ‘Impossible Machines’ in 2018, a title that intriguingly foreshadowed his next great adventure. This release not only showcased his profound artistic evolution but also earned him a prestigious South African Music Award.
