Jingle All the Way to Fourways Mall: Santa Land Returns this Festive Season!

The spectacular Santa Land Adventure is back at Fourways Mall this Festive Season!

With fun filled adventure zones that are sure to delight all ages, the 2023 edition of Santa Land is better than ever! 

It’s so easy to share the magic, just follow these simple steps:

1 – Choose your booking slot and purchase your tickets here

2 – On the day of your booking, go to the ticket office, located on the lower level, between Checkers Hyper and Edgars (REMEMBER TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SLOT TIME). Register to receive your access band and adventure map, YOU CANNOT BEGIN THE ADVENTURE UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR DONE THIS. If you need a run down of how the adventure works, one of Santa’s super friendly crew members will guide you.

4 – Head off to your first stop!

5 – As you complete each zone, collect a sticker, and place it on the entry form attached to your adventure map, fill in your details and drop it into the entry box located just outside Mainland and you could win your share of R10 000 in Fourways Mall gift cards!

6 – Your access band allows you 2 hours to enjoy all zones, from the start time of your boked slot. (LATE ARRIVALS WILL ONLY BE ACCOMMODATED FOR THE REMAINING TIME OF THE SLOT BOOKED).

7 – Each slot is 2 hours long, EXCEPT the 12.30-2pm and 4.30 – 6pm slots, which are 1.5 hours long. All Santa Land zones are closed between 2-3pm, and all zones close at 6pm daily. Last access times into Mainland are 1.15pm, before the 2pm closure, and 5.15pm, before the 6pm closure. Please plan your trip to accommodate these times.

8 – Right of admission is reserved and T’s and Cs apply.

Remember, tickets cannot be purchased at the adventure zones, and you will only be allowed access to the zones with a wrist band. This is for your enjoyment as we ensure a steady flow of traffic through each area, giving you and your family time to enjoy each element without being rushed.

This year, the Santa Land Zones are packed full of delightful fun, for the whole family:

Mainland Santa Land:

located in the Fourways Mall Main Promotions Court, Mainland is the magical North Pole come to life! Here you can write your letters to Santa, telling him if you’ve been naughty or nice, chat to our cheerful elf, peek into Santa’s bedroom (make sure to check if your names on the naughty or nice list!), get your family snaps taken and even decorate a yum Hotbake doughnut. Then make your way through the literary Exclusive Books corner, and meet your favourite book character (The Gruffalo, Peter Rabbit, and Greg from Diary of a Wimpy Kid), once you’re done there, you can slide on into Santa’s Courtyard - a super fun and fanciful zone where you can get your face painted and play tons of fun games with Hamleys and Toy Kingdom.

While you’re there, grab a treat and refreshment after the adventure from Oh My Cake, popcorn and candy floss from Cotton Candy Lane, doughnuts at the Jolly Donut Co. and the most delicious brownies and cakes at Aux Petit Four. BUT the fun doesn’t end there, with the many more adventure zones located through the mall.

Santa’s Workshop:

Located near PNA, here you can and make and decorate your own custom ornaments with Cricut, perfect to hang on your tree at home.

Santa’s Bubble Bounce:

BRAND NEW to Santa Land, the Bubble Bounce is a fun kid’s zone where the little ones can bounce their way through into a globe filled with balloons. This zone is located outside Markham.

Santa’s Ball Playground: 

Located outside Crocs, try your hand at some Hi-Tech Fun at Santa’s Ball Playground. With cool interactive games, both little kids and big kids will love this!

After all that fun, we’re sure you will need a snack and refreshing drink, so head to Seattle Coffee Co. located between Markham and Totalsports. 

Santa himself is also back, offering a selection of photo packages, trinkets, keepsakes, and the best hugs! You can find Santa in the Main Promotions Court, behind Mainland’s Courtyard. This offering does not form part of your Santa Land Adventure ticket price and all packages are sold separately. You can also access Photos with Santa separately to the Santa Land Adventure, you do not need to buy a ticket. Photos with Santa runs from 1 – 24 December, 9am – 6pm (9am – 1pm on 24 December).

In Addition to the Santa Land adventure, there’s fun and convenience at the heart of Fourways Mall this festive season, with Festive shopping till 8pm*, gift wrapping in support of the Smile Foundation, The Disney Chari-Tree, live music from talented local musicians, and an incredible line up of entertainment offerings through the mall, like Adventure Golf, Extreme Go Karting, Bounce Inc, The Fun Company Arcade and 10 Pin Bowling, Hamleys Playland, and Ster Kinekor kids cinema.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, so come make family memories with us at Fourways Mall. The Santa Land Adventure runs from 1 – 22 December.

Daily activity times:

First slots open at 10am, last slots open at 4.30pm (the last slot of the day is 1.5hrs). Santa Land closes strictly at 6pm.

Santa Land and Photos with Santa are closed between 2-3pm to allow for cleaning.

Photos with Santa runs from 1 – 24 December, 9am – 6pm (9am – 1pm on 24 December).

Mainland Santa Land and playground activities | Located in the Main Promotions Court (Excludes picture with Santa and trinket costs)

Santa’s Workshop with Cricut | Located in the Miladys Court, next to Grizzly Bear Café and close to PNA.

Santa’s Bubble Bounce | Located in the Cotton On Court

Santa’s Ball Playground| Located in the Crocs & Total Sports court (near Game and PQ Clothing)

Please do not be late for your booked time slot as time slots have limited capacity. Should you arrive late we may not be able to accommodate you and you will not be able to complete the full adventure. Arrive 30 minutes early to ensure timeous registration.

FAQ

How long Does a slot last? Each session last 2 hours. The 16:30 slot lasts 1.5hrs. Santa Land closes strictly at 6pm.

Is there an age limit? No, there is no age limit.

Is food available? Yes, there is food available in the multiple food stalls throughout the mall and the Food Court however, no eating or drinking is permitted in the Santa Land adventure zones.

Late comers: If you arrive late, you will only be allowed to join what remains of the session time booked.

Are cash payments available?  Santa Land is Cashless. Card payments only.

Can tickets be purchased at the mall? Tickets must be purchased at Quicket.co. Space is limited, so book now.

 Free entry for infants under 12 months.

Important to note:

Pictures with Santa and trinkets are not included in the Santa Land ticket price.

All persons entering Santa Land must have a ticket and access band.

No eating or drinking in Santa Land – treats and beverages received/purchased in Santa Land must be consumed outside the activation zone.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To enjoy the full session, arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session.

You must register at the ticket office on arrival to receive your arm band and adventure map. You cannot begin the adventure without this.

All Santa Land zones are closed for cleaning from 2pm – 3pm daily.

No Shopping trolleys allowed inside the activation zones.

Children may not be left unattended and must be always accompanied by a parent or guardian.
