Playcation Station will be hosting a December Holiday Club!
For who: Children aged 5-12
When: 18-21 December 2023
Time: 09:00-13:00
Cost: R200 per day
Special: R700 for 4 day package deal
Food: Daily snack-packs provided
Staff: Qualified and experienced SACE compliant educators with B.Ed, police clearance and First Aid qualification.
What does the holiday club entail?
Day 1: Smoothies on arrival, ice-breaker activity, inflatable games, soccer tournament, tie-dye t-shirts (purchase a white t-shirt for an additional R30 or bring along a white garment of your choice to die), swim and game time (Xbox with steering wheel and pedals).
Day 2: Juice on arrival, make your own piggy bank (paper mache), soccer, swim time, fun in the sun with our slip and slide inflatable, and fun water activities.
Day 3: Smoothies on arrival heading into outdoor ball games and races, painting the piggy bank, gaming and swim session.
Day 4: Fruit on arrival, a choice between entering the soccer station or those who wish to participate in the indoor stations inside, such as candle making, ending the day off with a swim.
Please pack daily:
- Sunblock, water bottle, towel, dry clothes, costume, cap, additional snacks.
It is important to note:
1. A “chill zone” will be made available should your child not wish to participate in the activity that is taking place at the time. The chill zone will have an arrangement of seating and an assortment of games provided as well as the usage of the Xbox.
2. After purchasing your ticket, please email the address below with your name, your child's name and contact number. A WhatsApp group will be created where we are able to share more information and photos of the day. This will be an Admin only group.
3. Snack packs consist of items such as a muffin, popcorn, smoothies, juice box, biscuits, chicken strips and fruit. Items will vary on the day and will be given between 10:30-11:00.
4. Should you wish to order lunch for 1pm, Mac’s Kitchen will be open from 13:00-14:00 for burger or pizza orders from R55.
5. Children will be allocated 45 minutes swimming time daily and will be monitored at all times.
6. Parents who wish to stay for the duration of the event are welcome to.
7. Children are to be dropped off between 08:45-09:00.
8. Parking is secure, behind an enclosed gate, and facilities are monitored with cameras at all times, ensuring the safety of your child.
9. There will at all times be at least 3 staff members on duty at a time, and always a staff member on duty during swim time.
10. Toys and games from home will be allowed should your child wish to play at the “Chill Zone” however, Playcation Station and Cape Town Cricket Club will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
11. Photos to capture your child’s fun experience may be used for marketing for future events. Please inform us should you wish this to not be the case.
12. The occurrence of the event is contingent upon the registration of a minimum of 15 children per day, as indicated by ticket sales data as of December 14. In the event of a cancellation by the holiday club, refunds will be issued.
