Play.co.za Cape Town 10s is back in town!
This year with 6 sports and 3 music stages it is guaranteed to be one for the books and boots! The sports include Netball, Rugby, Dodgeball, Padel, Water Polo and after 3 years we are excited to welcome back Run The 10s in partnership with Lace up for Cancer. The entertainment line up will be launched soon so make sure you follow us on social media so you don’t miss out on everything 10s!

Cape Town 10s invites you to Lace Up for Cancer 2024. Sponsored by Icon Oncology and Life HealthCare, this meaningful 5km race on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Green Point Common Grounds, Cape Town, is in aid of the Association of Palliative Care Centres and Cancer Alliance. Your entry goes beyond the run—it supports a noble cause and includes a Saturday festival pass! Come for the run, stay for the party.
