You not driving out to the coastline this year because you staying in the famous Romania i mean Remaining here in Joburg.

This venue and event space was especially set up for you. If we can't go to the beach then the beach must come to you riiiight. Lol

- A secluded beach just for you & your peeps, so go ahead and organize

50 friends and family members to enjoy a backyard beach vibe with you.

- Kids can build sand castles while you twinkle your toes in the sand.

- Play games on the open grass and have a great time.

- Couches all around to relax and chat away with your favourite persons ;-)

- Jump in the water and have a cool off or play underwater games.

- Make sure you arrange your braai master to be on duty and manage the Braai meats.

- Put your playlist together that will jam in the background.

When you book take note of the Beach Name for the day.

Terms & Conditions for Events and Venue Hire at House33

Your Beach Party makes you repsonsible for any damages or misuse of property goods.

Please enjoy the space safely and responsibly any damages or loss to our decor stock will be charged according to its replacement

value. All equipment or decor hired through House33 will remain the property of the company.

HOUSE33 and its owners will not be held responsible for any damages, losses or late returns of external

goods brought onto our premises.

Food & Catering

This event has no catering services and you will have to organise the menu and meals for your guest. Self catering.

Braai stand facility avaiilable. Gas Stove top available with a surge charge for the gas. Keep to the gas handling rules.

Venue hire comes standard with the following furniture:

10 Seater couch Lapa

Any additional seating and tables you need to organise for your beach day.

eg. camp chairs or pool lounges with cushions and Tressel tables and table cloths.

Music

Due to residential noise regulations, music has to end at 21h00 sharp for evening bookings.

Smoking

In accordance with South Africa's legislation Lapa facilities is a strictly nonsmoking

areas. We have two outdoor designated smoking areas.

Bar Arrangements

All beverages must be procured by yourself. self-catering.

Children

Children are welcome at HOUSE33 Beach day Party, however parental supervision must be

maintained at all times with responsibility for safety and well being resting with the parents.

Weather

HOUSE33 takes no responsibility for rained out outdoor functions "Backyard Beach Day Party".

The client remains responsible for any extra costs involved should a radical shift in the weather affect the

arrangements for the event.

Overtime

Additional hours have to be requested and arranged prior to the event.

As we are based in a residential area, evening bookings cannot and will not exceed the 21:00pm cut off time.

Additional extra hours for events are charged at R1400 per hour or part thereof.

Every Guest over 50 people will have a penalty charge per person R150.
