Come wiggle soon after sunrise, beach sand between your toes, framed by mountains and ocean waves, welcoming in the day with movement and magic!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.

TIME: 7:00 am - 8:00 am (Please arrive at 6:30 am to receive your headsets)

DRESS CODE: Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in and something funky, comfy to move and groove in!
BRING: You will get sweaty! Maybe bring a swimming costume for a delicious ocean dip after? Let's DANCE!
