The women’s sport landscape has improved at professional level, however, women's sport in communities remain limited and often inaccessible to aspiring athletes.
The WOMEN IN SPORT 2024 is a gathering of women in sport on and off the field, sport's stakeholders and business, with discussions, presentations and debates on the state of women's sport in South Africa, the importance of developing a plan of action for increased visibility in sport, for women and young girls, and the role business plays in advancing women's sport and women in sport on and off the field of play,
In addition to the insights shared by the illustrious panel of speakers, and a deep dive into the world of Women's Sport and the Business of sport, attendees will meet the UNSTOPPABLE WOMEN IN SPORT, who lead, conquer and inspire, as they share stories of their journey, their achievements on and off the field of play.
This year’s Women in Sport Summit will include a Women’s Sport Expo, featuring some of the latest trends in sports goods, apparel, equipment, health, wellness and nutrition.
