The Herald, along with partners, Checkers, Capsicum Culinary Studio and Three Peaks Wine look forward to a cooking masterclass session covering an island series theme of: Sri Lankan Shmooze - Delish Devilled Beef. The masterclass will offer an interactive cooking experience and provides individuals with an opportunity to master basic culinary skills and techniques, with expert advice and personal demonstrations from head chefs of Capsicum Culinary Studio.
Tickets will be available at R400.00 per person, which includes welcome drinks, head chef as host, Checkers basket ingredients, dining experience, complimentary chef apron and bottle of wine compliments of Three Peaks wine.
